About the Founder

My name is Irene, and I am a Yoga Therapist (M.A., IAYT) and Wellness Practitioner based in Brooklyn, New York. My work integrates evidence-informed yoga therapy, mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to support clients in cultivating balance, resilience, and meaningful wellbeing.

I design personalized therapeutic plans that honor each person’s needs, goals, learning style, and life circumstances. Whether working in person or through telehealth, my approach is compassionate, accessible, and suitable for all experience levels.
